Ms. Mitchell-Jackson has over 20 years of experience with energy, education and consumer research. For the past 15 years, she has served as an evaluation consultant and technical expert known for providing thought-provoking responsive research that takes both the policy and program context into consideration. In each of her projects, she collaborates with the team to move the bar and provide clients with additional value.
Ms. Mitchell-Jackson specializes in developing evaluation plans and performance indicators to measure the success of social programs. In her role as a research consultant, she has led all types of data collection efforts including numerous quantitative surveys used for baseline efforts, measuring change, and segmenting the population. She is also adept in literature reviews, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic research to explore decision-making and all dimensions of how households, businesses, and trade allies understand and interact with energy.
Jenn holds a Masters in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University with a Bachelors in Biology.
